Since 2012 Evan Rohde, director of Ground Creations, has been applying his extensive experience in trail design and construction throughout Australia. Experience includes:

• Consultation with land managers (Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service (QPWS), Local Council, Club Representatives, Native Title)
• Initial trail alignment and design
• Detailed trail construction to IMBA standards
• Development of mountain bike trail concept planning
• Quality machine operation skills specific to narrow trail construction
• Facilitating and managing ground crews for working bees / volunteer labour
• Accurate final trail alignment for a variety of trails – downhill, cross country, walking trails
• Refined knowledge of trail construction / soil types / drainage issues in a variety of areas
• Gained support of local trail users through consideration of their needs
